Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Team Leader in Ann Arbor, MI to support daily restaurant operations and direct shift teams in the absence of management. The role emphasizes food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

The Team Leader coordinates front-of-house and back-of-house duties, handles team member issues, and escalates as needed to management. This is an hourly position based in Ann Arbor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising shifts in a restaurant.
• Able to handle guest comments and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Offer a positive experience for team members and guests.
• Manage FOH and BOH shifts to control labor costs.
• Monitor service speed to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests with comments and complaints.
• Supervise daily shifts to maintain standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Assist in ongoing training of team members and new hires.
• Ensure adherence to uniform policy and standards.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures.
• Open and close the restaurant in absence of upper management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
