Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Team Leader to support daily restaurant operations, stepping in for the General Manager or Assistant Manager as needed while upholding food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.

You will supervise shifts, help manage labor costs, handle guest feedback, and train staff to ensure policies are followed, while opening and closing the restaurant in the absence of upper management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Ensure guests and team members have a positive experience.
• Manage FOH and BOH shift responsibilities and labor controls.
• Monitor speed of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address guest comments and complaints.
• Supervise daily shifts to maintain standards.
• Participate in ongoing training of team members.
• Enforce uniform policy and cash handling procedures.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
