Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Team Leader in Angola, IN to assist in daily restaurant operations. You will supervise shifts, promote a positive guest experience, and help manage labor and costs across FOH and BOH. Training and policy adherence are key parts of the role.

The position emphasizes customer service, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness and quality standards under management supervision. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory skills required.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience handling cash and POS operations.
• Experience training team members and new hires.
• Ability to coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision during assigned shifts.
• Provide team members and guests with a positive experience and atmosphere.
• Manage FOH and BOH shift responsibilities to control labor and costs.
• Monitor speed of service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist with guest comments and complaints.
• Supervise daily shifts to maintain standards, quality, and cleanliness.
• Assist in ongoing training of team members and new hires.
• Encourage adherence to uniform policy and standards.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Open and close the restaurant in the absence of upper management.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
