Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record managing COGS and labor.
• Must be ServSafe certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead entire restaurant operations during scheduled shifts.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cash controls.
• Develop staff through training and coaching.
• Implement marketing and local store promotions.
• Monitor P&L, optimize labor costs.
