Job summary

BFS Foods in Morgantown, WV is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to oversee daily operations and support the General Manager. You will manage shifts, train crew, control inventory and labor, and uphold service standards to ensure a great guest experience.

You will develop and mentor staff, implement strategic plans to improve sales and efficiency, and ensure health and safety compliance across all store activities.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and coach staff on restaurant routines.
• Proven track record in managing COGS and labor costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations during scheduled shifts to meet quality, service and atmosphere standards.
• Train shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, recipes, and safety practices.
• Assist GM with business planning, inventory control, and labor scheduling to optimize profitability.
• Ensure Fan service standards are met and handle customer concerns promptly.
• Lead and develop team members; manage hiring, training and performance feedback.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards; ensure ServSafe certification.
