Job summary

BFS Foods in Terra Alta, WV is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to oversee daily operations and drive financial performance. You will manage production, inventory, sales, and marketing while leading a capable team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include training and coaching managers and crew, optimizing labor and costs, and maintaining health and safety standards. A ServSafe certification is preferred, with opportunities for advancement within the district.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of restaurant management experience with responsibility for restaurant profit and loss, required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor.
• ServSafe® certified or approved equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing.
• Train and develop the store management team and hourly crew; ensure proper coaching and feedback.
• Execute the restaurant’s business plan by working with the District Supervisor; manage P&L and adjust labor and inventory.
• Ensure Fan service meets company standards and handle customer concerns promptly to promote loyalty.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, and performance appraisals to maintain a productive team.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
