You will uphold brand standards, ensure cleanliness and safety, and drive profitability by controlling labor and food costs while maintaining an urgent, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles is required.
• Minimum age of 18 years where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• ServSafe certification or completion of required ServSafe training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a team environment by coaching and developing staff, assisting in recruitment and training as directed by the Restaurant Manager.
• Uphold brand standards, ensure guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and safety standards; complete ServSafe training as required.
• Drive sales and profitability by executing restaurant standards, managing labor costs and food costs, and enforcing company policies.
