Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Team environment: foster respect, coach, recognize achievements, and address concerns; assist in recruitment, selection, and training.
• Operations excellence: uphold brand standards, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain cleanliness and safety; complete ServSafe training where required.
• Profitability: drive sales, manage labor and food costs, and implement action plans with the Restaurant Manager; ensure policy compliance.
