Job summary

Fazoli's is seeking an Assistant Manager in Bloomington, Indiana to supervise shifts, support the General Manager, and help drive growth and profitability through People.Sales.Profit initiatives. You will help develop the restaurant team, build local partnerships, and uphold operating standards.

The role requires leadership abilities, strong communication, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to lead daily operations and improve guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: External candidates require 1+ year as Assistant Manager; internal candidates require 6 months as Fazoli’s Associate Trainer.
• Must complete Fazoli’s training plus SERV Safe.
• Must be available a minimum of 30 hours per week; leaves may be requested.
• Background, motor vehicle, and reference checks may be conducted.

• SALES: Build relationships and partnerships; execute marketing plans and operations with GM guidance.
