Job summary

Fazoli's is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Fazoli’s restaurant in Indiana. You will supervise shifts, support the General Manager, and help drive people, sales and profit through established programs and community partnerships.

The role requires at least 1 year of Assistant Manager experience (6 months internal as an assistant trainer for internal candidates), a high school diploma or GED, and completion of Fazoli’s trainings including SERV Safe certification.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year as Assistant Manager or similar role; fast casual experience preferred.
• Must complete Fazoli’s training and SERV Safe certification.
• Able to work at least 30 hours per week; willingness to flexible scheduling.
• Must pass background, motor vehicle and reference checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs and controls assigned shifts per policies and standards.
• Supports the General Manager with restaurant goals and priorities.
• Develops restaurant team through internal development processes.
