Job summary

You will develop the restaurant team, build community partnerships, and uphold safe, efficient service while ensuring compliance with company policies and training programs.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum Age: 18 years of age.
• External Candidates: 1 year as Assistant Manager minimum required.
• Internal Candidates: 6 months as Fazoli’s Associate Trainer on GM recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and controls assigned shifts by policies and standards.
• Participates in decisions affecting assigned Fazoli’s Restaurant and supports General Manager goals.
• Builds professional relationships with the community and drives in-house and off-premises sales.
• Maintains, enforces, and improves management practices to enhance efficiency and safety.
