Job summary

Fazoli's is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise shifts, support the General Manager, and drive restaurant growth through People.Sales.Profit initiatives. You will help build the team, uphold standards, and engage with the community to support in-house and off-premises sales.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity; internal candidates may qualify with 6 months as an Associate Trainer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year previous Assistant Manager experience required (external).
• Internal candidates: 6 months as Fazoli’s Associate Trainer.
• Must complete all Fazoli’s training and SERV Safe certifications.
• Must be available a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Background, motor vehicle report, and reference checks will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and control assigned shifts per policies and standards.
• Assist GM in developing restaurant team and bench strength.
• Work with GM to build community relationships and support marketing plans.
• Maintain effective management practices to promote safety, efficiency, and profitability.
• Help achieve People.Sales.Profit goals for the Fazoli’s restaurant.
