Job summary

Fazoli's Indianapolis is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise shifts and support the General Manager in daily operations. You will help develop the restaurant team, build community partnerships, and execute marketing plans to grow sales while upholding company standards.

Qualified external candidates bring at least 1 year of assistant management experience; internal candidates may have 6 months as Fazoli’s Associate Trainer. A minimum 30-hour work week and SERV Safe training are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• External candidates: 1 year of Assistant Manager experience; internal candidates: 6 months as Fazoli’s Associate Trainer.
• Must complete Fazoli’s training and SERV Safe certifications.
• Available a minimum of 30 hours per week unless enrolled in school.
• Background, motor vehicle, and reference checks required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and control assigned shifts per policies and standards.
• Assist General Manager in developing restaurant team and bench strength.
• Build professional relationships and partnerships to drive in-house and off-premises sales.
• Maintain effective management practices to minimize waste, enhance efficiency, and ensure a safe work environment for guests and staff.
