Qualifications

• External candidates: 1+ year Assistant General Manager experience required.
• Internal candidates: 1 year as Fazoli’s Assistant Manager with GM and Area Supervisor recommendation.
• All candidates: must complete Fazoli’s training and SERV Safe certification.

• Support GM in developing restaurant team succession and bench strength.
• Build community relationships and partnerships to drive sales opportunities.
