Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. at Burger King in Spring, TX is seeking a hands-on leader for a fast-paced restaurant. You will develop servant leaders, train staff, coach shift leaders, and drive high guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals.

You will onboard new teammates, monitor service speed, ensure cleanliness and safety, and collaborate with the General Manager to improve overall performance and guest metrics.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Monitors people charts and production planning; adjusts as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedules and onboarding for new team members.
• Implements actions to address employee needs and operational assessments.
