Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders by putting people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable experiences for guests with exceptional service.
• Administer operations to balance quality guest experience with financial goals.
• Welcome new team members and provide necessary training.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform staff.
• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for team members.
• Build shift supervisors' capability and prepare for next level.
• Acknowledge team achievements and celebrate success.
• Coach brand service behaviors and provide feedback.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Maintain product quality and operations standards.
• Collaborate with GM to improve guest metrics and schedules.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Ensure cash handling and HACCP logs accuracy.
• Review inventory and create product orders.
• Evaluate cost controls and adjust as needed.
• Track people charts and production planning; adjust as required.
• Create schedules and onboard new hires.
• Implement plans addressing employee needs and assessments.
