CAVA is hiring Team Leaders in Dale Acres, TN to champion our mission, values, and guest experience. You’ll lead daily operations, guide teammates, and partner with GMs to ensure smooth service and delicious Mediterranean-inspired meals.

As a TL, you’ll open/close shifts, support training, uphold food safety, and drive a positive work environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality-centric culture, this role is for you.

Qualifikationen

• Must demonstrate a hospitality mindset focused on guest experience.
• Ability to coach and cross-train team members as the business grows.
• Support opening and closing duties, ordering, inventory, and cash handling as needed.
• Uphold food safety standards and cleanliness across all team members.
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues that arise.

• Lead daily operations and promote a positive work environment to guests and team members.
• Delegate routines and important tasks, ensuring standards are met and training is supported.
• Open and close the restaurant, place food orders, conduct inventory, and handle cash duties.
• Support food safety initiatives and ensure team adherence to practices and cleanliness.
