Qualifications

• Collaborate with managers and team to deliver hospitality and quality food.
• Coach and cross-train Team Members as the business grows.
• Open/close the restaurant, place food orders, conduct inventory, and handle cash.
• Support food safety initiatives and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues that may arise.
• Support deployment of shift practices to maximize service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team operations and promote a positive work environment.
• Delegate routines and ensure standards are executed across shifts.
• Support training and development of Team Members.
