CAVA is looking for Team Leaders to bring our mission, values, and guest-focused service to life in our Harmonville, PA restaurants. Team Leaders supervise daily operations, support the GM/AGM, and promote a positive work environment while ensuring standards are met and training is delivered.

As a TL, you will delegate routines, assist with openings and closings, inventory, and cash handling, while upholding food safety and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Collaborate with managers and team to deliver hospitality and quality food.
• Coach and cross-train Team Members as the business grows.
• Support opening/closing, ordering, inventory, and cash handling as needed.
• Support food safety initiatives and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Model sound decision making and help resolve issues.
• Assist deployment on shifts to ensure high service levels and prompt food presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations with a positive work environment and guest-focused service.
• Delegate routines and key tasks while ensuring standards are met.
• Support training and development of Team Members.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, food orders, inventory, and cash handling as needed.
• Uphold food safety practices and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
