CAVA is hiring Team Leaders to help bring our mission, values, and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine to life in our restaurants. You will lead the team daily, promote a positive work environment, and ensure commitments to our guests are met.

As a TL, you will delegate routines, supervise standards, and support training and development of Team Members, with changes to duties as needed. This role emphasizes guest experience and food quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• Work with managers and team to bring hospitality to guests.
• Coach and support cross-training as the business grows.
• Open/close duties, take food orders, inventory, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Support restaurant experience and maintain service standards.
• Lead daily team operations and promote a positive work environment.
• Train and develop Team Members as needed.
