Job summary

Circle K in Garfield Heights, OH is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to supervise restaurant operations, coach team members, and uphold brand standards. You will partner with the Restaurant Manager to ensure guests leave satisfied and performance metrics are met.

Responsibilities include hiring and training, food safety, cash handling, and administrative duties when RM is absent. Flexible shifts, full-time hours, and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing.
• Valid state Driver’s License required
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and coach team members.
• Conduct interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Ensure health and safety standards and food quality.
• Manage cash, sales, and inventory records; complete shift paperwork.
• Assist RM in administrative duties when RM is absent.
• Uphold company values and operational standards.
