Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Warrensville Heights to assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, coach team members, and uphold brand standards while delivering excellent guest service.

The RAM will lead shifts, conduct interviews, manage workload, ensure compliance with health regulations, and partner with management to drive profitability. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coach and correct team.
• Conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Assign shift duties and follow up to ensure completion.
• Direct team and ensure food items meet Brand, Company and health department regulations.
• Coach team on food prep and production management.
• Share information with team and assist with new product training.
• Monitor cash, sales and inventory records for each shift.
• Complete end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork and counts.
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisor.
• In RM’s absence, handle daily, weekly, end-of-period paperwork and counts.
