Responsibilities

• This position assists the Restaurant Manager (RM) with daily operations of the restaurant and supervises the team in their absence.
• Leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members and partners with the management team to maintain operational standards.
• Provides excellent guest service, coaches team, and ensures food safety and health department regulations.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory control records; completes end of shift paperwork and communicates discrepancies.
