Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service and coaches team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Ensures clean restaurant environment and assigns shift duties.
• Directs team to meet brand, company, and health regulations; trains on food prep and production.
• Cascades information to team members and assists with new product training.
• Manages cash, sales, and inventory records; completes shift and day end paperwork.
• In RM's absence, completes daily/weekly/period paperwork, counts, and administration.
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational metrics; supports a profitable restaurant.
