Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager for Store 2743625Q in Alliance, Ohio. This full-time role supports the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, leads and coaches the team, and ensures guests leave satisfied while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include driving guest service, staff interviews, maintaining cleanliness, training, campaign execution, and strict adherence to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and coach team.
• Conduct interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and supervising housekeeping duties.
• Direct team and ensure all food items comply with Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Coach team on food preparation and production management.
• Train on new product knowledge and assist with campaigns.
• Place campaign materials upon request.
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Monitor and ensure accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records; complete shift and end-of-day paperwork.
• In RM absence, complete daily, weekly and end-of-period paperwork and counts.
• Guarantee a safe environment by following laws and safety codes.
• Complete incident reports within policy."
• Partner with RM to meet financial and operational metrics; drive profitability.
