Burger King is seeking a capable leader to join our Pasadena team as a Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager. You will oversee the guest experience, coach team members, and align operations with financial goals.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong guest service, and the ability to train and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within a growing franchise.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Maintain product quality and operations standards.
• Partner with GM to improve guest metrics and actions.
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensure cash handling and HACCP logs accuracy.
• Review inventory and cost controls.
