Burger King in Houston is seeking a motivated supervisor to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will lead a dynamic crew, develop leaders, and ensure guests receive quick, friendly service while meeting quality standards.

You will train new team members, run effective team huddles, monitor scheduling and product quality, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth within our growing Burger King franchise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.

• Motivate staff and handle conflicts.
