Job summary

Burger King Houston is seeking energetic leaders for restaurant supervisory roles. You will guide teams, deliver exceptional guest service, and manage daily operations to meet quality and financial goals.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work all shifts in a fast-paced setting. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within our growing franchise.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Availability to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Monitors speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensures restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensures product quality and operations standards are delivered.
• Partners with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC goals are met.
• Ensures daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs are accurate.
• Reviews inventory to create product orders.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning and makes adjustments.
• Creates and monitors schedule and on-boards new team members.
