Job summary

Cafua Management Company, a Dunkin' Donuts franchisee, is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in building a strong team and delivering guest‑focused experiences along with profitable top‑line sales.

You will help recruit and develop crew and shift leaders, ensure training, enforce brand standards, and drive safety, inventory, schedules, and cost controls to maximize store performance. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Open availability to work all shifts.
• Fluent in English.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees, maintaining staffing levels for projected sales.
• Communicate job expectations to employees and ensure training per company guidelines.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly.
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with laws.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed including Red Book responsibilities.
• Help prepare action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards.
• Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Adhere to security and cash handling procedures.
• Demonstrate competency in weekly inventory process and analysis.
• Demonstrate competency in writing crew schedules and monitoring labor daily.
• Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling.
• Drive sales goals and track results.
