You will drive staff development, training, and performance while maintaining compliance with safety and brand guidelines.

The role emphasizes coaching, cost control, and executing promotions to grow topline sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrates leadership and coaching skills.
• Experience in restaurant or retail management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to staff.
• Plan, monitor, and review performance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; discipline when needed.
• Maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are properly staffed to meet guest service goals.
• Enforce safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with laws.
• Ensure brand standards and systems are executed.
• Set and track sales goals; drive marketing promotions.
• Complete audits and implement plans to improve operations.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Lead new product rollouts with training and sampling.
