Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated and resolve conflicts; flexible shifts.

• Ensures ongoing training and coaching for staff.
• Builds shift supervisors’ capability for their next level.
• Monitors Speed of Service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensures restaurant is welcoming, clean and compliant with standards.
• Partners with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

1–2 years supervisory experience
