Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc. is recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor role at Burger King in Porter, Texas. This hands-on leadership position focuses on developing Servant Leaders, delivering memorable guest experiences, and driving financial performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will train and coach team members, lead daily huddles, monitor service speed, and ensure quality and cleanliness across the restaurant. Strong communication and 1–2 years of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create memorable guest experiences to encourage return visits.
• Balance high-quality guest experience with financial goals.
• Welcome and train new team members for their roles.
• Lead team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff.
• Build shift supervisors' capabilities for progression.
• Acknowledge and celebrate team successes and efforts.
• Coach brand service behaviors and provide feedback.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean restaurant environment.
• Ensure product quality and operational standards are met.
• Collaborate with GM to improve guest metrics and strategies.
• Review daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Manage inventory, costs, and schedule planning.
