• Builds shift supervisor capability and prepares for advancement.
• Monitors speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensures restaurant is welcoming and clean and meets standards.
• Reviews numbers, cash handling, HACCP logs, and inventory for ordering.
• Evaluates cost controls and staffing plans; adjusts as needed.
• Creates schedules and onboarding for new hires; implements action plans.
