Dhanani Group Inc. seeks an equally energetic and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor for a Burger King location in Victoria, TX. You will lead teams, coach staff, and maintain service excellence while balancing financial goals.

The role emphasizes training new teammates, ensuring compliance with standards, and delivering a welcoming, clean dining environment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of supervisory experience, with strong guest service and communication skills

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP Logs.
• Reviews inventory for ordering efficiency.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning; makes adjustments.
• Creates and monitors schedule and onboarding for new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
