Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc, a Burger King franchise in Humble, Texas, seeks an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee team performance, training, scheduling, and cost controls while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. Previous supervisory experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Monitors speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensures the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensures product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partners with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory, creates product orders, and evaluates cost controls.
• Monitors staffing and onboarding of new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
