Cafua Management Company is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Rhode Island to assist the Restaurant Manager in developing a capable team and delivering great guest experiences while driving profitable top-line sales.

You will help recruit, hire, onboard, and train staff, ensure adherence to brand standards, and implement action plans to improve operations and guest satisfaction. This role requires English fluency, basic computer skills, and the ability to work all shifts.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work all shifts.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees and maintain staffing levels for projected sales.
• Communicate job expectations to employees and ensure training per guidelines.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance and address concerns promptly.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment following safety and sanitation guidelines and laws.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems, including Red Book, are executed.
• Help prepare and complete action plans and implement productivity and guest service standards.
• Review guest feedback and restaurant assessments and implement improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Adhere to security and cash handling procedures.
• Demonstrate competency in weekly inventory process and analysis.
• Demonstrate competency in writing effective crew schedules and monitoring labor.
• Execute new product roll-outs with team training, marketing and sampling.
• Drive sales goals and track results.
