Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Open availability to work all shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees and maintain staffing levels.
• Communicate job expectations and ensure training per guidelines.
• Hold team accountable and address concerns promptly.
• Create a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with laws.
• Ensure brand standards and systems are executed.
• Help prepare action plans and implement standards for production and guest service.
• Review guest feedback and drive improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Demonstrate weekly inventory and write crew schedules.
