Corner Market Café in Rhode Island is seeking a Café Manager to lead daily operations, coach a high-energy team, and create a positive guest experience. You will report to the District Manager and commit to about 45 hours per week across six days.

The role focuses on developing staff, ensuring food safety and service standards, managing scheduling and inventories, and driving guest satisfaction while upholding company culture and energy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must consent to a criminal background check and drug screening.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily café operations and ensure a guest-focused environment.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, food safety, cash control, and labor management.
• Maintain store standards for cleanliness, speed, and product quality.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to achieve operational and financial goals.
