Cafua Management Company, a Dunkin' franchise operator, is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in building a strong team and delivering great guest experiences at our Rhode Island locations.

You will assist in staffing, training, and enforcing brand standards while focusing on profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role offers growth within a family-run organization with 200+ restaurants.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or quick-service management preferred.
• Ability to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees.
• Commitment to safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding and developing staff.
• Communicate job expectations and ensure training per guidelines.
• Hold team accountable for behavior and performance.
• Create a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary environment and comply with laws.
• Ensure brand standards and recipes are executed.
• Help implement action plans to improve production and guest service.
• Review guest feedback and drive improvements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Adhere to security and cash handling procedures.
• Demonstrate labor scheduling and daily performance.
• Execute new product roll-outs including team training.
• Drive sales goals and track results.
