This hands-on role supports team development, manages daily operations, and drives financial and service goals.

The ideal candidate will bring restaurant management experience in hotels or resorts, strong leadership, and a focus on quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in restaurant management, preferably in hotels or resorts.
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost control, and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff in delivering exceptional service, food quality, and consistent execution.
• Ensure meals are prepared and delivered timely with proper plating, portioning, and temperature.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members through onboarding, ongoing training, and daily line-ups.
• Participate in menu evaluation, product selection, and beverage procurement including liquor and wine.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and meeting F&B financial targets.
• Execute marketing initiatives, enhance guest experiences, and drive revenue opportunities.
• Monitor labor and operational performance, providing coaching and feedback to maintain standards.
