Concord Hospitality Enterprises invites an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. This hands-on leader supports team development, manages daily operations, and helps drive financial and service goals.

You will inspire greatness, coach staff, and ensure a Great Place to Work culture while monitoring service standards, budgeting, and menu optimization across Concord-managed hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management, preferably in hotels or resorts.
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations and cost control.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff in delivering exceptional service and consistency.
• Ensure meals are prepared and delivered timely with proper plating, portions, temperatures.
• Train, mentor, and develop team through onboarding and daily line-ups.
• Participate in menu evaluation and beverage procurement.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and meeting F&B financial targets.
• Execute marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
• Monitor labor and performance and provide coaching to maintain standards.
