Job summary

Concord Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our food and beverage team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, consistent service, and operational excellence. This hands-on role supports team development, manages daily operations, and helps drive financial and service goals.

As a Concord Leader you will inspire greatness, train and mentor staff, and ensure a Great Place to Work for all while upholding integrity and respect.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management, preferably in hotels or resorts.
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost control, and service standards.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff in delivering exceptional service, food quality, and consistent execution.
• Ensure meals are prepared and delivered timely with proper plating, portioning, and temperature.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members through onboarding, ongoing training, and daily line-ups.
• Participate in menu evaluation, product selection, and beverage procurement including liquor and wine.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and meeting F&B financial targets.
• Execute marketing initiatives, enhance guest experiences, and drive revenue opportunities.
• Monitor labor and operational performance, providing coaching and feedback to maintain standards.
