Job summary

CAVA - Hanover Square is seeking Team Leaders to help bring our mission, values, and guests’ experience to life in our Virginia-area restaurants. TLs will lead teams on a daily basis, promote a positive work environment, and ensure standards are met while collaborating with AGMs and GMs.

The role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and hands-on involvement in daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing duties, training, and food-safety compliance, with a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Foster hospitality spirit in guests and team
• Coach and cross-train Team Members as the business grows
• Open/close operations, place orders, conduct inventory, and handle cash
• Support food safety practices and cleanliness standards
• Make sound decisions and resolve issues on shift
• Support deployment of shift routines to ensure high service levels
