Job summary

CAVA in Phoenix, AZ is seeking Team Leaders to bring our mission to life for guests and the crew. You’ll lead daily operations, model our values, and partner with the GM and AGM to deliver warm hospitality and high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and delivering hospitality excellence.
• Ability to coach, develop, and cross-train Team Members as the business grows.
• Support opening/closing, orders, inventory, and cash handling as needed.
• Commitment to food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Strong decision-making and issue-resolution skills.
• Support scheduling and deployment to ensure high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team operations and promote a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with Assistant General Manager and General Manager to meet goals.
• Oversee opening and closing duties, ordering, inventory, and cash handling.
• Ensure food safety practices and cleanliness across the restaurant.
