CAVA is hiring Team Leaders to drive daily operations in our Glendale, AZ restaurants. You will lead the team, uphold hospitality standards, and partner with managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role focuses on coaching teammates, maintaining food safety, and promoting a positive work environment.

You will be responsible for delegating duties, opening/closing procedures, inventory tasks, and helping train new Team Members. This is an energetic role in a growing company.
