Job summary

Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily dining room operations at our Harrisburg, PA location. You will manage front-of-house staff, coordinate service, and ensure high-quality experiences aligned with the hotel brand standards.

Key duties include supervising servers and hosts, training and scheduling, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and reporting end-of-shift results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a degree or certification in hospitality management, hotel administration, or culinary arts is preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role within a hotel or restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate breakfast, lunch, or dinner service; manage seating arrangements; oversee workflow between dining floor and kitchen.
• Supervise servers, hosts, and bussers; assist with training, scheduling, daily shift briefings, and performance tracking.
• Greet guests, monitor satisfaction throughout the meal, and resolve complaints quickly and professionally.
• Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations; check food presentation and table setups before service.
• Monitor stock levels for tableware, linens, and condiments; help manage supply orders, track attendance, and complete end-of-shift sales reports.
