The Hotel Rooms Operations Manageroversees the daily operations of a hotel’s rooms division, primarily Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering, to ensure high guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial profitability. They manage staff scheduling, inspect room cleanliness, drive service standards, and maximize room revenue.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manages Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering departments to ensure seamless service.
• Guest Experience: Handles guest issues, reviews satisfaction surveys (comment cards), and implements service recovery plans.
• Quality Control: Inspects rooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
