You will supervise the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, monitor payroll and supplies, respond to guest requests, and coordinate with engineering on maintenance issues to improve guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires thorough knowledge of the housekeeping field.
• Requires knowledge of company/hotel policies and procedures and the ability to determine course of action based on these guidelines.
• Requires supervision/management skills.
• Ability to compile facts and figures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping employees including interviews, scheduling, training, development, coaching and reviews.
• Inspect daily cleaning of guest rooms and public areas; ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor payroll and supplies to control costs while ensuring adequate staffing and supplies.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
