Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA is seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist in supervising and administering F&B activities across outlets. The role includes guest service oversight, training, cost control, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years related experience.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Prior food and beverage supervisory experience is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Completion of high school or GED.
• Post-Employment certifications preferred; may need to obtain certifications as a condition of employment.

Mansioni

• Monitor and support guest service and hospitality standards.
• Control reservations and seating to maintain service standards.
• Coordinate F&B training, coach staff, and cross-train other outlets.
• Control wage and supply costs within budget; ensure cash procedures.
• Complete inventories and maintain par levels of inventory.
• Ensure work areas are clean and sanitation standards are followed.
• Report maintenance needs using the work order system.
• Understand all F&B items offered, including ingredients and allergens.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
