Job summary

Target is seeking a Service & Engagement Team Leader in Harrisburg, PA to manage guest services and lead a team of hourly associates. You will ensure high standards of guest experience, train staff, and drive daily workloads to meet sales and service goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and accountability in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities to develop skills and advance within Target.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills are essential.
• Ability to lead and hold team members accountable while coaching.
• Comfort with using handheld devices and scanning tech for transactions.
• Demonstrates welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Train and develop team members to meet Target’s guest service standards.
• Observe performance and provide feedback to improve service and efficiency.
• Plan daily/weekly workloads to hit store sales and service goals.
• Lead a team of hourly associates across guest services, front of store areas, and drive-up activities.
• Support and promote Target Loyalty programs and store promotions.
